About The Position

The Foreman is responsible for ensuring the successful operation and maintenance of specific Parks + Rec division operations and making daily operational decisions. The role oversees assigned projects, including the operation and maintenance of projects and the associates and equipment needed to complete them. The Foreman recommends materials for work projects and estimates general associated costs when required. The position also supervises and trains junior staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of previous experience in an industry-related position or craft, including one to two years of supervisory experience.
• Complete division-specific training as directed.
• Obtain a Class B Commercial Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement within six months of hire.
• Where applicable, have or obtain within six months of hire a Class A Commercial Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement and a HAZMAT endorsement; the HAZMAT endorsement must be obtained or retained.
