About The Position

Countryside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, part of Jones Petroleum, is hiring a Dealership Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk. The position involves verifying transaction information to obtain revenue, computing charges and refunds, managing cash, and mailing invoices to help ensure accounts are paid in full. The employee is also expected to provide exceptional customer service, contribute as a team member, and perform other duties assigned by management.

The role may require evenings, weekends, and varied hours and days according to business needs. New employees are subject to a 90-day introductory period during which the company and employee assess whether the employee can adequately perform the assigned work. Performance is reviewed at the end of the period, and continued employment or an extension of the introductory period is determined. Employees are hired as temporary employees until the introductory period ends and are not eligible for benefits during that period.

Requirements

• Ability to walk and stand continuously.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to bend and stoop.
• Ability to climb a ladder occasionally.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours and days based on business needs.
