About The Position

Countryside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring an Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk. The role is responsible for verifying transaction information to obtain revenue, computing charges and refunds, managing cash, and mailing invoices to ensure accounts are paid in full. Team members are expected to provide exceptional customer service and perform these duties as well as other duties assigned by management.

The position requires evenings, weekends, and varied hours and days based on business needs. The role is subject to a 90-day introductory period, during which performance is reviewed to determine continued employment or whether the introductory period will be extended. Employees are hired as temporary employees until the introductory period ends and are not eligible for benefits during that period. The company participates in the E-Verify program.

Requirements

• Ability to walk and stand continuously.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to bend and stoop.
• Ability to climb a ladder occasionally.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours and days based on business needs.
