About The Position
Lead a small crew installing commercial fencing projects. If you have fence installation experience and leadership skills, this is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company.
Requirements
- Fence installation experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
- Experience with trucks/trailers
- Must pass background check
Nice To Haves
- Leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license (clean record)
- CDL a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a 2–3 person crew
- Install fencing (chain link, wood, PVC, aluminum, wrought iron)
- Measure layouts, set posts, and pour concrete
- Operate tools and equipment safely
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
