About The Position

We are looking for a Foreman to join a dynamic team in delivering high-quality pump solutions. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes, ensuring that production runs smoothly, products meet quality standards, and the workforce is properly utilized.

Requirements

Proven experience in a manufacturing or foreman role; typically 3-5 years is expected.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Effective communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
Welding experience is a high priority; MIG and TIG welding experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Ability to direct and assist in the fabrication and assembly of machinery built
Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are met.
Manage and coordinate team activities to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment
Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance.
Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to improve processes.
Maintain accurate production records and report on performance metrics.
Ensure the manufacturing floor is clean, organized, and operating under safe conditions.
