Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Journeyman Electrician License required.
• OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Nice To Haves

• Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily electrical work assignments to ensure efficient resource utilization and timely task completion.
• Coordinates allocation of materials, tools, and equipment to maintain workflow and minimize delays.
• Monitors work quality and safety practices, promptly addressing any issues to uphold standards.
• Communicates project goals, updates, and expectations clearly to crew members and other stakeholders.
• Manages comprehensive documentation of project progress, incident reports, and resource utilization to ensure accurate tracking, informed decision-making, and effective project reporting.
• Accurately completes and submits time cards for assigned crews, ensuring timely and precise recording of labor hours in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
