About The Position

IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical is seeking a full-time commercial Electrical Foreman in Pecos, Texas. This position supervises and coordinates the activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements, and interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders. The role involves confirming completion and documentation of project Daily/Weekly/Monthly safety activities reporting, inspecting the quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications, and enforcing safety regulations and proper care for tools and equipment. The Foreman will also analyze and resolve work problems and comply with all company and customer safety policies and procedures. Travel may be required.

Requirements

Minimum 6-10 years recent commercial electrician experience or related experience.
OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

State Electrical License strongly preferred.
