About The Position

E. L. Blake Corporation is seeking a full-time Foreign Military Sales (FMS) eLearning Specialist at Hill Air Force Base near Ogden, Utah. The role creates learning solutions that support mission planning operations and international military partners. The specialist works with technical experts and program personnel to understand mission planning software, systems, and operational requirements, then develops interactive eLearning courses for Foreign Military Sales programs. The position also involves updating and refining training materials as technologies change, reviewing and testing learning products for accuracy and functionality, and creating user guides and documentation. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time. The salary range is $60,000–$80,000.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Demonstrated experience in eLearning development and instructional design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Captivate and related eLearning authoring tools.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Information Technology, Web Design, or a related field.
• Experience managing or developing content within a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Familiarity with Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) operations.
• Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales processes and release requirements.
• Experience supporting operational or government training environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical experts and program personnel to understand evolving mission planning software, systems, and operational requirements.
• Transform technical and operational information into interactive eLearning courses supporting Foreign Military Sales programs.
• Update and refine training materials to reflect changing technologies.
• Review and test learning products to ensure accuracy and functionality.
