About The Position

The Foreclosure Quality Assurance Specialist oversees and performs quality assurance activities across the foreclosure process, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies. The role manages foreclosure workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy, meet established timelines, and enhance attorney performance. It also supports a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. The Specialist builds and maintains partnerships with internal business teams and external legal counsel. This position reports directly to the Foreclosure Supervisor. The role is based in Fort Mill, South Carolina, or Coppell, Texas, with no travel.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of foreclosure experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments.
• Microsoft experience, specifically Excel.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of mortgage servicing experience.
• GSE and government experience.
• LoanSphere and MSP experience.

Responsibilities

• Review foreclosure referral eligibility for quality before referral to foreclosure counsel.
• Verify the accuracy of financial figures required in foreclosure processes before submission to foreclosure counsel.
• Review pre-sale checklists to ensure scheduled foreclosure sales meet compliance guidelines.
• Verify foreclosure documents prepared by foreclosure counsel before submission to the document executor.
• Ship executed documents to foreclosure counsel in a timely manner.
• Manage operational and exception reports to monitor workflow, identify risks, and drive efficiency.
• Prioritize and manage assigned work to ensure timely, accurate resolutions for internal and external partners.
• Follow departmental and company policies and maintain compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
