About The Position

The Foreclosure Quality Assurance Specialist supports RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC by overseeing and performing quality assurance activities throughout the foreclosure process. The role ensures adherence to statutory requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies. It also manages foreclosure workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy, meet established timelines, and enhance attorney performance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of foreclosure-related experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent prioritization and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of mortgage servicing-related experience.
• GSE and government experience.
• Experience with LoanSphere and MSP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foreclosure referral eligibility quality reviews before referrals are sent to foreclosure counsel.
• Review the accuracy of financial figures required in foreclosure processes before submitting them to foreclosure counsel.
• Review pre-sale checklists to ensure scheduled foreclosure sales meet compliance guidelines.
• Verify foreclosure documents prepared by foreclosure counsel before submitting them to the document executor.
• Ship executed documents to foreclosure counsel in a timely manner.
• Manage operational and exception reports to monitor workflow, identify risks, and improve efficiency.
• Prioritize and manage assigned work to ensure timely, accurate resolutions for internal and external partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
