About The Position

McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Foreclosure Specialist to work in its Tennessee division, supporting non-judicial foreclosure matters. The role supports attorneys by moving files forward through client communication, initial preparation of documents for attorney review, completion of tasks in client and case management systems, and compliance with legal and industry requirements. The position requires careful, timely communication and the ability to manage a heavy volume of correspondence while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in lender processing or other default services processing within the legal domain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.
• Keen attention to accuracy and detail.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with borrowers, clients, attorneys, and outside parties.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• Must pass a background check, provide two professional references, and complete applicable pre-employment screens and eligibility-to-work confirmation.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with client and case management systems such as Case Aware, Perfect Practice, Black Knight, and Tempo.
• Experience with SCRA.
• Proficiency with electronic databases.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents for attorney review in preparation for sale.
• Respond to a heavy volume of email correspondence in a timely, courteous, and thorough manner.
• Communicate with clients through client systems and email.
• Provide regular and timely client status updates and follow up on outstanding documents or services.
• Maintain information related to specific team documents.
• Draft correspondence with clients and other agencies involved in the foreclosure process.
• Answer calls from prospective purchasers, borrowers, or lenders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
