About The Position

Miller Transportation Group is hiring a Ford Truck Diesel Technician for the Miller Ford Lincoln Dealership division at its Mount Holly, New Jersey shop. The technician will diagnose and repair light- and medium-duty trucks while following Ford Warranty Policy and maintaining high workmanship and productivity standards. The position offers competitive compensation of $25–$45+ per flat-rate hour, paid vacation and holidays, insurance options, a 401(k) match, employee discounts, an employee assistance program, advancement opportunities, and training.

Requirements

• Able to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch.
• Experience working on light- and medium-duty diesel- and gas-powered vehicles.
• Experience with Ford or equivalent brands.
• Ability to learn, develop skills and education, and adapt to an evolving industry and technology.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and promptly diagnose light- and medium-duty trucks in the Mount Holly Truck Shop.
• Repair vehicles in accordance with Ford Warranty Policy.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship while achieving reasonable productivity.
