About The Position
Ciocca Ford Lincoln of Flemington is hiring an energetic and motivated Diesel Technician to join its growing team. The role offers hourly flat-rate pay of $25–$48 and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified technicians. Requirements
- At least 2 years of service technician experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Ford certifications are a bonus but are not required.
Responsibilities
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Provide estimates of the time needed for additional repairs.
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
- Examine protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, and adjust them as needed.
