About The Position

Ciocca Ford Lincoln of Flemington is hiring a Diesel Technician to join its growing team. The role involves testing, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and air-conditioning systems. Technicians also estimate repair time, complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications, and inspect truck safety devices. The position offers hourly flat-rate pay of $25–$48 and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified technicians. Requirements

At least 2 years of Service Technician experience.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
Provide estimates of the time needed for additional repairs.
Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
Examine protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, and adjust them as needed.
