Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team at Kendall Ford. This role is in a fast-paced sales department serving the community. The Sales Manager will be responsible for growing the sales department by coaching and supporting salespersons. This position involves working directly with sales staff to close sales, negotiate vehicle prices, appraise vehicles, conduct sales meetings and trainings, and supervise sales staff to ensure policy and procedure compliance. Additional duties include managing an efficient and profitable vehicle inventory, planning and organizing dealership sales activities, and staying knowledgeable about and compliant with vehicle sales laws and regulations.
