Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Automotive Sales Management experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving dealership profitability.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a winning team.
  • Experience desking deals and managing the complete sales process.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes.
  • Ability to analyze reports, identify opportunities, and implement action plans.
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with VinSolutions CRM.
  • Ford dealership experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed monthly sales objectives.
  • Manage daily showroom operations and sales activities to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and mentor sales staff through one-on-one training, role-playing, and performance management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including closing ratios, lead response times, appointments, showroom traffic, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Assist in desking deals, structuring transactions, and negotiating with customers to maximize profitability while maintaining transparency and integrity.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage lead follow-up, customer retention, and sales pipeline activity.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
  • Collaborate with dealership leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that increase market share and dealership performance.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Ford products, programs, incentives, and competitive market trends.
  • Foster a culture focused on customer service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
