About The Position

Metz Culinary Management is hiring dependable, hardworking culinary and hospitality team members for Hillsdale Dining. Roles may be full-time or part-time, with flexible schedules. Depending on the location and assignment, work may include culinary team member duties, line and prep cooking, or patient food service as a dietary aide. Team members contribute across dining and kitchen operations and provide welcoming, hospitality-focused service. Background checks and drug screening are required during onboarding. Daily Pay is an optional employee benefit.

Nice To Haves

Hospitality experience.
Experience as a cook or culinary schooling.
A passion for food and understanding of the basics; candidates may be trained.

Responsibilities

Plate food and set up and tear down café, restaurant, and retail dining areas.
Assist with kitchen preparation, dish room duties, dry stock and perishable food inventories, and sanitation.
Prepare and present meals according to Executive Chef menus.
Inventory and portion ingredients.
For patient food service assignments, help patients and residents select meals and set up, deliver, and remove food trays.
Follow patient dietary instructions under the guidance of Clinical Dietitian staff.
Contribute where needed and provide hospitality-focused service as part of a team.
