About The Position

The Food Service Manager role involves leading by example, being a team player by fulfilling and overseeing all tasks and duties required of Team Members. This position also assists with the training, mentoring, and supervision of store team members. Key responsibilities include ensuring proper and safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options (food and drink dispensers), and completing facility/equipment inspections with the Store Director and third-party inspectors.

Effective Problem Solving: Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize & analyze an issue while creating effective solutions.
ServeSafe Certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.

Nice To Haves

Foodservice: 2+ years of foodservice management (preferred).
