This role is responsible for providing beverages and food products consistently to customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. The position requires following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products, and preparing food and beverages to standard recipes, with customization for customers. A clean and organized workspace is essential for partners to locate resources and product. The role involves delivering quality customer service with a customer-first attitude, engaging with customers, and responding to their needs. Adherence to operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, safety, and security, is crucial. The position also involves recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments, maintaining regular and punctual attendance, and performing various tasks during each shift. Maintaining high levels of sanitation for all equipment according to department policies, Health Dept. codes, and J.C.A.H.O. regulations is required. Contributing to a positive working environment and promoting teamwork by taking initiative to improve overall quality and exceed customer expectations is also a key aspect. Clear communication and constructive, sensitive relationships with coworkers, supervisors, patients, customers, parents, and all hospital staff are necessary.
