About The Position

The Food Services Leader supervises restaurant employees and general operations. This role provides excellent customer service, responds to customer needs, and assists managers with tasks needed to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. The leader should be knowledgeable about store operations and Pilot Flying J’s commitment to quality and customer service. The stated starting pay range is $14.20–$21.10 per hour.

Requirements

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check required.
