About The Position
Food Services Leaders supervise employees and the general operations of the restaurant. The role calls for strong customer service skills to respond to customer needs, self-motivation, and readiness to assist managers with tasks that keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. The person in this position should be knowledgeable about store operations and Pilot Flying J’s commitment to quality and customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer-focused culture.
- Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
- Background check required.
