About The Position
Food Services Leaders, referred to in the description as Shift Leaders, supervise restaurant employees and general operations. They provide customer service, help managers carry out tasks needed to keep facilities maintained and running smoothly, and apply knowledge of store operations and Pilot Flying J’s commitment to quality and customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
- Background check required.
