About The Position

The Food Services Leader supervises restaurant employees and general operations. The role calls for excellent customer service to respond to customer needs, self-motivation, and readiness to assist managers with tasks that keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. The leader should be knowledgeable about store operations and Pilot Flying J’s commitment to quality and customer service. Pay starts between $14.20 and $21.10 per hour.

Requirements

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check required.
