About The Position
The Food Services Leader supervises restaurant employees and general operations. This role calls for excellent customer service and a self-motivated approach to helping managers complete tasks that keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. The successful candidate understands store operations and Pilot Flying J’s commitment to quality and customer service. Starting pay is $15.70–$23.33 per hour.
Requirements
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer-focused culture.
- Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
- Background check required.
