About The Position

Unidine is hiring a part-time Food Service Worker at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri. The position prepares, presents, and serves food as needed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; further details will be provided during the interview. The employer is willing to train. The fixed pay rate is $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare food by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food between work stations, the stove, and the refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner while following outlined steps of service.
• Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to a supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
