Food Service Worker I - Part-time
About The Position
The Food Service Worker is responsible for safely performing contract duties as assigned by management and providing quality customer service at all times. Knowledge of and willingness to learn all aspects of the job are required. The role may involve travel to various locations and buildings throughout the year and in different weather conditions, although most work takes place indoors. The worker may use cleaning chemicals and must follow Emergency Operations Work Assignment requirements specified by the customer. Schedules may change and may include early morning, mid-morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Requirements
- Understand oral and/or written instructions.
- Meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on specified contract(s).
- Pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
- Regularly bend, crouch, walk, climb stairs and ladders, reach above the head, sit to drive, and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Drug testing is required.
Responsibilities
