Requirements
- Completion of four years of high school plus additional specialized training or courses.
- A minimum of three years related work experience required.
- ServSafe Certificate within 90 days of start.
- MA Allergen Awareness Certificate.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Responsibilities
- Provide shift to shift leadership for the Retail Operations Department.
- Onboard new staff.
- Ensure proper training of all staff.
- Performs other reasonable duties as assigned.
