The Food Service Lead is responsible for the operation and the success of the QSR as well as the people who work there. This role involves directing staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. The Lead is also responsible for inventory control systems, which may include establishing inventory schedules, and for local marketing initiatives, potentially contacting prospective customers to promote sales. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.
