About The Position

CulinArt is hiring a part-time Food Service Utility associate at The Wheeler School in Providence, Rhode Island. The position maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours that may vary; further details are provided during the interview. Previous experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
