About The Position

Maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly. The role includes cleaning food preparation and kitchen surfaces, handling trash, moving supplies and equipment, and assisting with setup and deliveries. Associates must comply with sanitation and safety requirements and may perform other duties as assigned. Food service experience is helpful, and training is available. This is a part-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with no nights, weekends, or major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it into designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and product.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
