FOOD SERVICE UTILITY (PART TIME)
About The Position
Eurest is hiring a part-time Food Service Utility associate at Medtronic in North Haven, Connecticut. The role maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly. Food service utility and light preparation experience are required. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; further details are provided during the interview. The pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Eurest is part of Compass Group and serves corporate clients. Requirements
- Food service utility experience.
- Light food preparation experience.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop floors in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
- Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam-clean or hose out garbage cans.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and delivery of supplies and products.
- Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
- Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
