About The Position

Eurest is hiring a part-time Food Service Utility associate at First Solar in Gaffney, South Carolina. The position maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The fixed pay rate is $18.00 per hour. A shift meal is offered, and an internal employee referral bonus is available. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Dishwashing experience.
• Food preparation experience.
• Cafe front-of-house experience.
• Be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors in accordance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food-preparation surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam-clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
