FOOD SERVICE UTILITY
About The Position
The Food Service Utility maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly. The role supports kitchen operations by cleaning food preparation areas, floors, refrigerators, and equipment; handling trash; moving supplies and equipment; assisting with banquet and front-of-house setup; and loading, unloading, delivering, and distributing supplies and products. The position requires following sanitation and safety requirements and performing other assigned duties. This is a part-time position at Cleveland Clinic - Euclid, 18901 Lakeshore Blvd, Euclid, OH 44119. Shifts vary and may include evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Available shift times are 7:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. The pay range is $15.00–$17.00 per hour. Online applications are accepted only.
Requirements
- Previous food and/or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
- Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
- Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
- Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
