About The Position

NHC Scott is seeking a dependable and caring Part-Time Food Service Tech to join its dietary team on the evening shift. The role supports quality meal service for patients and residents while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. The schedule is 1:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at 2380 Buffalo Rd, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee 38464. Pay depends on experience.

Requirements

Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to follow food-safety and sanitation procedures.
Availability to work scheduled evening shifts from 1:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Nice To Haves

Previous food service or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with preparing and serving meals according to established menus, recipes, and dietary instructions.
Prepare meal trays and help ensure meals are delivered accurately and on time.
Assist with dining room setup, meal service, and cleanup.
Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and food service equipment.
Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen, dining, storage, and food preparation areas.
Properly store food and supplies and follow safe food handling practices.
Follow sanitation, infection control, safety, and NHC procedures.
Provide courteous service to patients, residents, families, visitors, and fellow partners.
Assist the dietary team with additional duties as assigned.
