Oversee daily production in the Food & Nutrition operation in compliance with the local Health Department regulations. This role requires working knowledge of food service operations, cooking, sanitation, general office, and computer skills. There will be some interaction with Purchasing and the Store Room, and basic knowledge of inventory is needed. General leadership is provided to all staff covering production and sanitation. The individual must maintain a professional appearance and be able to interact with a variety of staff, vendors, and leadership teams.
