Our large clinical team can offer a defined, on-site mentorship for new grad PTs. This includes a protected schedule to ramp up to a full caseload and yearlong programming, including courses and skills labs. Whether you're an experienced physical therapist or a new graduate PT, we offer the support and resources you need to thrive. Our therapists treat an average of 11–12 patients per day, with 1:1 hour-long evaluations to ensure quality care. Our outpatient center offers a diverse specialties, including: General Orthopedics, Sports Medicine (Center of Excellence), Vestibular, Oncology (ReVital), Lymphedema, Concussion, Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD), Dry Needling, Fall Prevention, ACL Program.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
