About The Position

This role is not for everyone. If it is for you, it is one of the best caregiving jobs in Anne Arundel County. Tribute Secure is a guaranteed pay program designed for experienced caregivers who drive, work full days or awake overnights, and want the stability of knowing exactly what they will earn each week. In exchange for your commitment to be available on your assigned days, you will receive 40 hours of guaranteed pay every week, even if your full schedule is not booked. This is a Tribute Home Care position. That means you will be part of a close-knit team that genuinely supports you, celebrates you, and has your back every day.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
CNA, HHA, or professional hands-on caregiving experience.
Availability for full day or awake overnight visits at least 4 days per week including one weekend day.
CPR certification.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Drive to all of our Anne Arundel County service areas including Annapolis, Severna Park, Columbia, and Catonsville.
Perform full day or awake overnight visits, starting at 7am or 8am.
Be available at least 4 days per week including one consistent weekend day.
