About The Position

This role is a unique opportunity for experienced caregivers seeking stability and predictable earnings. Tribute Secure is a program offering guaranteed pay for caregivers who work full days and are available at least 4 days a week, including one weekend day. This position is with Tribute Home Care, a company that fosters a supportive, close-knit team environment. Caregivers in this role will drive to client visits, which are full day and start at 7am or 8am, within Baltimore and surrounding communities such as Towson, Timonium, and Catonsville.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reliable personal vehicle
CNA, CMT, HHA, or professional hands-on caregiving experience
Availability for full day visits at least 4 days per week including one weekend day
CPR certification
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable driving up to 30 miles for client visits
Experience in Baltimore and surrounding communities including Towson, Timonium, Catonsville, and nearby neighborhoods
Flexibility about travel and scheduling

Responsibilities

Drive up to 30 miles for client visits across Baltimore and surrounding communities.
Provide full day care visits, starting at 7am or 8am.
Be available at least 4 days per week, including one consistent weekend day.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and the team.
Show up reliably for all assigned client visits.
