Caregiver Associate - Baltimore, MD
About The Position
Tribute is a private home care company dedicated to supporting its caregivers, fostering a warm and close-knit community. The company is selective in its hiring process to ensure a high-quality team. As a Caregiver Associate, you will provide care to clients in their private homes and senior living communities throughout Baltimore and surrounding areas, including Towson, Timonium, and Catonsville. Visits typically last between 8 and 12 hours, covering either day shifts or awake overnights. A key aspect of the role is building lasting relationships with a consistent group of clients over time. Ideal candidates are those who are personally motivated by this work, communicate clearly and professionally, are dependable, flexible with scheduling, and demonstrate a strong commitment to their clients.
Requirements
- CNA, CMT, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
- Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights
- Weekend availability of at least one day per week
- Reliable personal transportation
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients across Baltimore and surrounding communities including Towson, Timonium, Catonsville, and nearby neighborhoods
- Provide care to clients primarily in senior living communities and private homes
- Conduct visits ranging from 8 to 12 hours, during days or awake overnights
- Build lasting relationships with a consistent group of clients over time
