About The Position

This role is part of the Tribute Secure program, designed for experienced caregivers who drive and want the stability of guaranteed weekly earnings. In exchange for commitment to assigned days, caregivers receive 40 hours of guaranteed pay weekly, even if not fully booked. This is a Tribute Home Care position, offering a supportive, close-knit team environment.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reliable personal vehicle
CNA, CMT, HHA, or professional hands-on caregiving experience
Availability for full day visits at least 4 days per week including one weekend day
CPR certification
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Comfortable driving up to 30 miles for client visits
Available at least 4 days per week including one consistent weekend day

Responsibilities

Driving up to 30 miles for client visits across Baltimore and surrounding communities (Towson, Timonium, Catonsville, and nearby neighborhoods).
Performing full day visits, starting at 7am or 8am.
Being available at least 4 days per week, including one consistent weekend day.
Communicating clearly and professionally with clients, families, and the team.
Showing up for every client dependably and professionally.
