Tribute Secure Weekends is a unique caregiving position that offers guaranteed hours and pay for a commitment to be available for daytime visits on both Saturday and Sunday. This allows caregivers to keep their weekdays open while building meaningful relationships on the weekends. You will receive guaranteed pay whether you are matched with a client or not. At Tribute Home Care, the company emphasizes a warm, close-knit community that supports its caregivers. The role involves working in clients' homes across Boston and surrounding areas, providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines. Requirements

• CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
• Full daytime availability on both Saturday and Sunday every week
• Reliable transportation
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
