Caregiver Associate - South of Boston, MA
About The Position

The Caregiver Associate role involves working in clients' homes across Fall River, Westport, Dartmouth, Fairhaven, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines. Caregivers work closely with Tribute's care team to follow detailed care plans, ensuring clients feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Visits are typically 12 hours, covering either day or awake overnight shifts, allowing caregivers to build lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time.
Requirements
- CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
- Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights
- Weekend availability of at least one day per week
- Reliable transportation
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
