About The Position

The role involves working in clients' homes across Peabody, Danvers, Bedford, Woburn, and surrounding areas. Caregivers will provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines. They will work closely with Tribute's care team, follow detailed care plans, and ensure clients feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Caregivers will build lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time. Visits are typically 12 hours, either during the day or as awake overnights.

Requirements

• CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
• Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights
• Weekend availability of at least one day per week
• Reliable transportation
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care
