Caregiver Associate - MetroWest Boston, MA
About The Position
Tribute is a private home care company focused on supporting its caregivers by building a warm, close-knit community. The company is selective in its hiring to ensure a high-quality team. Caregivers will work in clients' homes across the MetroWest Boston area, including Framingham, Needham, Waltham, and Concord. The role involves providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines, following detailed care plans. Visits are typically 12 hours, either during the day or as awake overnights. Caregivers are expected to build lasting relationships with a small number of clients and will receive 24/7 local support from Tribute's care team.
Requirements
- CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
- Comfort with long visits (12 hours), days or awake overnights
- Weekend availability of at least one day per week
- Reliable transportation
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
