Caregiver Associate - Boston, MA
About The Position

The job involves typically 12-hour visits, either days or awake overnights, in clients' homes across Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines. They work closely with Tribute's care team to follow detailed care plans, ensuring every client feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Caregivers will build lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time.
Requirements
- CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
- Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights
- Weekend availability of at least one day per week
- Reliable transportation
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to clients
- Offer companionship to clients
- Prepare meals for clients
- Support clients with daily routines
