About The Position

Tribute Secure Overnight is a unique caregiving position offering 40 hours of guaranteed weekly pay for a consistent overnight schedule. This role requires a commitment to 4 overnight shifts per week, including Friday or Saturday night, with visits typically lasting 12 hours starting at 7pm or 8pm. Caregivers must remain awake and attentive for the entire visit. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. Tribute Home Care emphasizes a warm, close-knit community that supports its caregivers. The role involves working in clients' homes across Boston and surrounding areas, providing personal care, companionship, and support through the night, building lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time. This is explicitly not a sleep-overnight position.

Requirements

• CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
• Commitment to 4 overnight shifts per week including Friday or Saturday night
• Ability to remain awake and attentive for the full overnight visit
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
