About The Position

The Food Service Attendant helps create a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked environment for guests. The role includes maintaining coffee stations and service areas, merchandising and restocking products, and greeting and serving guests with a smile. Employees follow food safety, workplace safety, and HSEQ policies and procedures, and may be required to complete a background check and, where applicable, drug and/or alcohol screening.

Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to remain calm and maintain a smile under busy working conditions.
Ability to work under pressure and meet time deadlines during peak periods.
Ability to work on one's feet for up to 8 hours per day, excluding breaks.
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
Arrive on time, wear the proper uniform including non-slip shoes and a name tag, and maintain a professional appearance.
Follow directions from the Chef, Front of the House Manager, and Catering Manager.
Commitment to guest experience, safety, and respectful relationships with teammates and guests.
Employment may be contingent on successfully completing a background check and, where applicable, drug and/or alcohol screening, in accordance with applicable laws and company requirements.

Responsibilities

Maintain product inventory at established levels and keep all MKs adequately restocked throughout the day.
Maintain the contracted coffee program.
Recognize products and accurately restock and rotate them.
Greet and serve customers, helping them feel welcome.
Complete required HACCP procedures for safe temperature control.
Display merchandise attractively and label items and signage.
Keep all MK areas neat, clean, and attractive.
Follow safety rules and actively work to prevent accidents.
Adhere to HSEQ policies and procedures, participate in HSEQ training, and report potential hazards or compliance concerns.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
