About The Position

The Food Service Attendant maintains front-of-house areas and coffee stations, keeping service areas clean and stocked. The role includes merchandising products attractively to Guckenheimer standards, welcoming guests, and contributing to a positive guest experience. The attendant maintains product inventory, replenishes and rotates products, supports the contracted coffee program, and keeps marketplace areas neat and appealing. The position also requires completing HACCP procedures for safe temperature control and following all safety and HSEQ policies and procedures. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Employees may work up to eight hours per day on their feet, excluding breaks, and must be able to lift at least 25 pounds. Work can involve pressure and time deadlines during peak periods. Employment may be contingent on successful completion of a background check and, where applicable, drug and/or alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

Maintain front-of-house areas and coffee stations, keeping service areas clean and stocked.
Maintain product inventory at established levels and keep the contracted coffee program operating.
Recognize products and accurately restock and rotate them.
Greet, smile, and serve customers in a welcoming manner.
Complete required HACCP procedures to ensure safe temperature control.
Display and merchandise products attractively.
Keep all MK areas neat, clean, and attractive.
Label items and display signs for them.
Ensure MKs are restocked with adequate product throughout the day.
Follow safety rules and actively help prevent accidents.
Adhere to HSEQ policies and procedures, participate in HSEQ training, and report potential hazards or compliance concerns.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
