About The Position

The Food Service Attendant helps create a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked environment for guests. The role includes maintaining coffee stations and service areas, merchandising and restocking products, greeting and serving customers, and helping deliver a positive guest experience. The position works Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and pays $23.00–$25.00 per hour. Employees must follow safety procedures and HSEQ policies, complete required HACCP temperature-control tasks, and maintain neat and attractive marketplace areas. The job requires working on your feet for up to eight hours a day, excluding breaks, lifting at least 25 pounds, and working under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods.

Responsibilities

Maintain product inventory at established levels and ensure marketplace areas remain adequately stocked throughout the day.
Maintain the contracted coffee program.
Recognize products and accurately restock and rotate them.
Smile, greet, and serve customers in a welcoming manner.
Complete required HACCP tasks to ensure safe temperature control.
Display merchandise attractively and label items with appropriate signs.
Keep marketplace areas neat, clean, and attractive.
Follow safety rules and actively help prevent accidents.
Adhere to HSEQ policies and procedures, participate in HSEQ training, and report potential hazards or compliance concerns.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
