About The Position

The Food Service Attendant sells concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to customers at events at ESPN Wide World of Sports. The role involves providing efficient, friendly service, processing sales accurately and promptly, maintaining the concession area, and following sanitation and safety requirements. The position is with Levy, a member of Compass Group USA.

Responsibilities

• Sell concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to customers at events.
• Serve customers efficiently and in a friendly manner, following outlined steps of service.
• Interact with customers, resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner, and relay relevant information to a supervisor.
• Perform sales transactions in a reasonable and timely fashion and enter sales into the cash register accurately.
• Replenish condiments and general supplies and maintain cleanliness of the concession area.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
